Design + Project Lead: Oversee + Lead design projects from beginning to end. Define strategies, build robust briefs to support conceptual thinking + space planning. Drive quality, innovation and creativity every step of the design journey whilst embracing regional sensitivities, integrating operational needs and aligning organisational goals with performance objectives. Lead and oversee technical reviews, work with, and/or help to establish and evolve workplace guidelines, operate within programmes and budgets. Advise and/or lead FF&E selections. Manage, oversee and build successful project teams across multiple projects.

Strategic Workplace Lead: Lead with strategic thinking and expert knowledge in workplace consultancy. Develop project tools and processes that support consistency, quality and efficiency across global/nationwide projects.

Stakeholder Engagement: Mitigate risk; support teams to build a strong stakeholder engagement strategy tailored to project needs. Lead and facilitate engagement workshops at all levels of the business. Define a robust brief and workplace strategy. Support leadership and Stake Holder teams on their workplace journey. Build and maintain client relationships.

Be curious: Lead with questions, listen and interpret client/stakeholder drivers and vision. Challenge and push the boundaries. Gather and organise requirements, drawing on; quantitative + qualitative data, industry knowledge, creative thinking and innovative problem solving.

Inspire: Challenge, lead and oversee internal teams, stakeholders and leadership. Share and inspire external Consultant teams though story telling, common project drivers and a clear project vision.

Programming: Define and review design programmes for internal & external teams. Support to align programmes, workforce strategy and lease breaks to support right time decision making.

Team Building: Continually inspire & empower the team, clients, stakeholders & consultants.
